Adam Moss played his first proper gig at the age of fourteen.
Early influences were his elder brother James - who plays bass in a pro band, and others such as Paolo Nutini, Newton Faulkner and Jack Johnson. In fact seeing Newton Faulkner live in concert is what really spurred Adam on to be a performing musician.
Late one night Adam was listening to BBC Radio and heard that JV was interested in hearing from young singer songwriters looking to further their careers and he contacted the presenter, Sue Marchant and an appearance on her show resulted in a deal with VaVoom Records.
There followed a number of intense bursts of creativity in the studio, resulting in 2 albums - both released on VaVoom, and produced by JV
